1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using thewarroom.co (“the Site”), operated by The War Room (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Description of Services

The War Room provides:

  • Free educational content (Intelligence Briefings, blog posts, AI Readiness Assessment)
  • Digital products available for purchase (e.g., Propaganda Immunity Protocol)
  • Paid community memberships (The War Room Academy, Architect’s Table)
  • Email newsletters and strategic dispatches

3. Account and Email Subscription

When you provide your email address, you confirm that the address is yours and that you consent to receiving communications from us. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. We are not responsible for emails filtered to spam by your email provider.

4. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the stated price and any applicable taxes.

Digital products: Delivered electronically after purchase. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Subscriptions: Recurring memberships (Academy, Architect’s Table) are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.

5. Refund Policy

Digital products (one-time purchases): 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Subscriptions: No refunds for partial billing periods. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid further charges.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, PDFs, videos, and software — is the property of The War Room and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Purchased products are for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share purchased content with third parties.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Redistribute or resell our content without permission
  • Submit false information in forms or applications
  • Interfere with the Site’s operation or other users’ experience

8. Community Membership

Access to the Academy and Architect’s Table is subject to acceptance and ongoing compliance with our community guidelines. We reserve the right to revoke membership for violation of these terms or disruptive behavior, with a pro-rated refund for any remaining prepaid period.

9. Disclaimer

Content provided by The War Room is for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, income results, or business success. Your results depend on your own effort, skill, and circumstances.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The War Room shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products and services.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Amazon, YouTube, Skool). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of external sites.
